How to Print as a Booklet

Open the PDF with Adobe Reader 8 or 9 (version 7 or older won't work, download latest version from adobe.com if necessary) (download Adobe Reader)
click the print button,
in the print options, page handling section, in the page scaling drop down box, choose 'booklet printing',
in the booklet subset drop down menu, choose 'both sides',
press OK, you should be all set. Just follow the instructions popping on the screen after that.
